festival showcasing the chefs, cooks, mum’s kitchen recipes, foods, and
beverages that defines the Dominican Creole Cuisine. A number of Diasporic
chefs and other renowned international chefs will display their skills while
discussions on Dominicans’ eating habits, nutrition and health will be brought
into focus.
